Compact Electric Water Heater

This high-performance compact electric water heater is designed for installations where space is limited, making it ideal for cottages, offices, retail stores, and individual washrooms. With a 22 imperial gallon capacity, it provides reliable hot water for light to moderate usage while maintaining a compact footprint.

The unit can be connected to either 120V or 240V power, offering flexible installation options depending on electrical availability.

For improved energy efficiency, the water heater is insulated with a thick, uniform blanket of GREENFOAM® water-blown foam insulation, an environmentally friendly insulation material that helps reduce heat loss and maintain water temperature.

The inner tank is lined with blue cobalt glass enriched with zircon, which helps protect the tank against corrosion and extends the lifespan of the unit.

The system includes automatic temperature control to maintain consistent hot water temperatures for safe and comfortable use.

Heating performance is supported by a screw-in immersion heating element manufactured by Giant, designed for reliable operation and easy servicing. The unit also includes factory-installed dielectric nipples, which help reduce corrosion at plumbing connections.

To further protect the tank from corrosion, the water heater is equipped with a high-quality magnesium anode rod, helping extend the overall life of the system.
