The Bradford White Atmospheric Vent Water Heater is designed to deliver dependable hot water performance with durable construction and advanced safety features. This unit is equipped with the White Rodgers Electronic Control, which is exclusive to Bradford White and helps ensure reliable operation and precise temperature control.

For enhanced safety, the water heater features the Defender Safety System®, which includes the patented Advanced ScreenLok® Technology flame arrestor design. This system helps prevent the ignition of flammable vapors outside the unit, improving overall safety during operation.

The water heater also incorporates the Hydrojet® Total Performance System, which helps reduce sediment buildup inside the tank while improving efficiency and maintaining consistent hot water output.

Durability is enhanced with the Vitraglas® lining, which protects the tank from corrosion and helps extend the lifespan of the water heater. The unit is also equipped with non-CFC foam insulation, which helps minimize heat loss and improve overall energy efficiency.

For installation and connection, the system includes 3/4-inch NPT water connections with true dielectric fittings, which help reduce corrosion at connection points. Built-in heat traps further improve efficiency by preventing heat from escaping through the plumbing.

Additional protective features include a magnesium anode rod that helps protect the tank from corrosion, a 3" x 4" Snap Lock draft diverter for proper venting, and a temperature and pressure (T&P) relief valve for safety.

For maintenance convenience, the water heater also includes a low-restrictive brass drain valve, allowing easier draining and servicing when required.
