The Bradford White High Efficiency eF Series® Power Vent Gas Water Heater is designed to deliver reliable hot water performance with advanced energy efficiency and durable construction. This ENERGY STAR® qualified water heater uses a high-efficiency vertical dual-pass heat exchanger system, helping maximize heat transfer while reducing energy consumption.
For long-lasting durability, the unit features Vitraglas® protection on both the primary and secondary heat exchangers, as well as a Vitraglas® lining inside the tank. These protective layers help resist corrosion and extend the life of the water heater.
The system includes a self-priming condensate tee for efficient condensate management and a power vent design that allows flexible installation. It supports both horizontal and vertical venting, making it suitable for a variety of installation configurations.
Bradford White’s ICON System® provides intelligent gas control for improved performance and reliability. The unit also features the Hydrojet® Total Performance System, which helps reduce sediment buildup in the tank while improving overall hot water output and efficiency.
To improve insulation and reduce heat loss, the water heater is equipped with 2-inch non-CFC foam insulation. A pedestal base design enhances durability and supports stable installation.
The water heater includes 3/4-inch NPT water connections, along with 3/4-inch NPT side connections for installation flexibility. Built-in heat traps help minimize heat loss through the piping.
Additional protective and maintenance features include two protective anode rods, a temperature and pressure (T&P) relief valve, and a low-restrictive brass drain valve, all designed to improve safety, reliability, and ease of maintenance.
